Lamb Kofte Kebabs/Wraps


  • 500g lamb mince
  • 1 onion grated
  • 1 kofte spice mix (cumin, parsley, cinnamon)


  • Mix ingredients together and chill to get a more handleable consistency
  • Split mix into 8 balls and then roll into tubes
  • Place two cylinders next to eachother (head to toe) and then skewer them so there are two kebabs on each scewer
  • Grill, fry or use a george foreman type grill until nicely browned

Split in half lengthways and lay in a wrap along with hot sauce, yogurt and salad (cucumber and tomato) and enjoy!
