This is so delicious and moreish. It’s important to taste after making to finish balancing the flavours. Often I find I need to make it a little sweeter or add more chilli.
A great use for this is to make summer rolls, bit off the end, then pour this into the roll. Amazing.
1.5 Tbsp. sweet soy sauce (Adam suggested hoi sin)
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 Tbsp. fish sauce
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 crushed garlic clove
2 finely chopped birds eye chilli
1 lime, juiced
Some finely chopped mint
Mix well to combine
