Black sesame dumplings…


½ cup|80 grams black sesame seeds, toasted
½ cup|80 grams crushed peanuts
¼ cup|40 grams powdered sugar
¼ cup|60 ml honey
big pinch of salt
25 dumpling skins
bowl of water

Blend the black sesame to a paste then mix with the other ingredients.

Put a dollop in the middle of a dumpling wrapper, moisten the wrapper edge, fold over to make a semi circle then connect the loose ends like a tortellini.

Cook for 5 mins or so, until they float. Roll in some remaining nuts and seeds for a good look.
