Simple Baked Potato

A potato of about 400g is good.

Cover in olive oil and sprinkle on some salt, this will help it go nice and crispy.

Cook at about 210c for an hour. Test with a skewer, it should go through nice and easily.

Nigel Slater says to karate chop it when it is ready to allow the steam to escape from the potato quickly and equally, this makes it go nice and fluffy.
