Mexican/Fajita Spice Mix

This makes up a large batch that you can store for a while. I use 2 tablespoons of the mix for a meal for 4. I add it just after the chicken has browned and cook it off slightly before adding the vegetables.

Its pretty hot but you can edit to reduce the heat.

  • 6 Tbsp. cornflour
  • 6 Tbsp. chili powder (Can split into 2 tbsp x 3 types of chilli powders/flakes)
  • 6 Tbsp. paprika
  • 6 Tbsp. dried oregano
  • 3 Tbsp. ground cumin
  • 3 Tbsp. smoked paprika
  • 2 Tbsp. cayenne pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. garlic powder
  • 1 Tbsp. onion powder
  • 1 Tbsp. table salt
