This recipe makes 12 quite large buns;
Meaure out;
- 210g all-purpose flour
- 7g package instant yeast
- 20g sugar
- 10g salt
Then warm up the follwing to around 50c (hand hot) and add them to the flour mix
- 250ml milk
- 120ml water
- 65g butter
Add another;
- 600g flour
- 1 egg, added last
Cut the dough into half, then half, then half and roll out 12 golf balls with the palm of your hand
Let rise for 30 mins
Paint with egg wash and sprinkle with sesame seeds
or so in a warm place and then cook at 200c for 10 to 15 mins
