Mix 500g plain flour, 7 gr dried yeast sachet, ½ tsp sugar, around 200 ml lukewarm water (or enough to get a good consistency), 1 tsp salt, 30 ml thick yogurt, 30 ml olive oil. Kneed for 10 mins, let rise until doubled in size. Knock back and, using your hands, make into a big round with a risen edge. Now egg wash with a bea
ten egg and sprinkle on quite a lot of nigella seeds and sesame seeds.
Place in the oven at 200C for around 15 mins. Place under a tea towel to keep soft.
