Oeufs en cocotte – Eggs in pots

Add to a cup/ramekin;

  • 1 large tbsp. creme fraise
  • bit of nutmeg
  • salt and pepper
  • add a large egg
  • maybe some herbs
  • then a tsp more of creme fraiche

Cook in a oven in a half filled bain marie (with luke warm water) at 180c for ~ 15 mins.

Serve with crusty soldiers.
